Overview

Graham Matthews are a specialist recruitment company that supply high calibre Workday candidates for Workday partners and end-users on contract, interim and permanent basis. We are currently recruiting for a client that is a high growth and fast paced organisation with a global presence. The position is based in Central London and the requirement is for a Business Analyst with at least 5 years HCM and 3 years Workday experience and experience of working on a global implementation project(s). You will need to be a strong and clear communicator, able to deal with key stakeholders across the business and comfortable working in an environment that is very fast paced and would suit someone who thrives in a challenging yet highly rewarding and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

  • Mission: Understand business’s needs
    • Understand quickly the existing business processes
    • Analyse existing client technology capability and functionality
    • Understand and gather clients requirements and recommend applicable approaches
    •   Define client needs and recommend solutions
    •   Manage functional and non-functional client requirements
    • Create process models (AS-IS and to be)
    • Participate to workshops
    • Define client needs and suggest recommend solutions
  • Mission: Support and inform users
    • Create and presenting reports/ findings, business cases and other
    • Manage the relationship with the client at any stage
    • Assist with the configuration and administration of salesforce.com
    • Create guideline for users
    • Produce and deliver conceptual and functional analysis for data and process models
    • Contribute to audit and reviews to ensure the best practices and standards

Experience required

  • Previous experience in a global Workday implementation (essential)
  • Experience with full software development life cycle in a global organisation
  • Excellent working knowledge of HR systems is essential
  • Held Business Analyst role in a change & transformation programme
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision

Additional application instructions

  • A demonstrable history of working on the project lifecycle for technology driven HR Transformation projects.
  • Previous background in HR Software as a Service implementation
  • Advanced skills in MSOffice, especially Excel and must have worked on large volumes of data.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
  • A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large clients.
  • Must provide excellent customer service to internal as well as external clients.
  • HR functional knowledge and detailed understanding of at least one aspect of the HR Employee proposition and life cycle.
  • Demonstrable specialist skills, for example proven business analysis techniques, organisation design, HR technology specification and/or implementation.
