An exciting opportunity to lead the Workday Compensation workstream for a global client. 

Graham Matthews are a specialist recruitment company that supply high calibre Workday candidates for Workday partners and end-users on contract, interim and permanent basis.

Summary of the Role .

Our client is looking for a Compensation Lead who will be lead and managing the Compensation workstream.  You will be ultimately responsible for the team, for advising internally on best practices related to Compensation and to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

    • Understand and gather requirements of the business
    • Prepare and run workshops
    • Guide clients to design, build and implement Workday
    • Build a support function and report to stakeholders
    • Provide solution to the client via designing, configuring and testing
    • Provide great organization of the workstream to guarantee that the client will be satisfied and within the timeframe
    • Educate and train the client

 

Requirements – Education & Workday Experience

    • Hands on experience with Workday
    • Workday Compensation Certification is preferable
    • Experience with implementations of end to end projects
    • Ability to configure Workday
    • Strong communication skills are required
    • Passionate, confident and team-player personality with a focus on customer success
    • Ability to understand the client’s requirements and needs and transform them to implementation plans
    • Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
    • Ability to travel up to 30-50%
