Workday Financial Lead

Graham Matthews are currently partnered with a leading global System Integrator to help build their Workday Practices Globally with the current focus being on Europe. We are currently working with their practice in France who are in search for the best Workday Financials talent to lead engagement teams identifying business requirements, design, prototype developments and testing in the deployment of Workday Financials. The lead consultants will participate in scoping and planning Workday Financials engagements with prospective prospects and be part of winning deal teams. We are looking for experienced consultants who can design, communicate and execute a plan.


  • Plan, lead and execute Workday Financials implementations including leading project teams. May function as a PM/EM as well.
  • Participate in discovery, scoping, estimation and presentation of the Workday Financial approach and recommendations. You are an expert guide to deploying Workday.
  • Provide leadership to the Global Workday COE.
  • Participate in Global Workday Deployments.
  • Identify, design and develop practice assets, blogs, and participate and present in industry events.

Education and Required Experience

  • French Speaking
  • 2+ deployments of Workday Financials is preferred
  • Workday FNS Certification is required
  • Located and able to work in the UK or the Nordics and able to travel up to 40-60%
  • B.S degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5- 7 years + experience with Financials implementation (3+ cycles) experience (PSFT, ORCL, SAP etc…)
  • Prior consulting experience or experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Broad-based knowledge of Financial, with areas of expertise in General Ledger design, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Expenses and Financial Reporting
